Flights
Direct and connecting routes, fares with and without baggage, changes and refunds. IATA accreditation gives us airline fares directly.
Hotels
We pick hotels to fit your budget, with payment by invoice for companies.
Transfers and transport
Airport pickup, a personal driver, intercity transfers.
Visas
Schengen, Japan, India, Kenya, Indonesia — we prepare the documents and stay with you until the visa is issued.
Insurance
Medical cover for the trip, including consulate requirements.
MICE
Conferences, off-site meetings, business programmes: venue, accommodation, logistics.
Documents for accounting
Invoices, acts, itinerary receipts — as one package, without reminders.
How it works
- You send the task: city, dates, number of employees, budget.
- The manager sends options — usually the same day.
- You choose, we book and issue the invoice.
- After the trip your accounting department receives the closing documents.
An urgent trip is a separate case: we issue tickets the same day you ask, including outside office hours.
